Scientifically Health is defined as "Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism". Health is definitely wealth. You body doesn't define how healthy you are. Working Out everyday in GYM will help you but is not necessary. With some daily lifestyle changes you can keep your body healthy. These tips will help everyone(Man, Women, Teenagers, everyone). Try to implement it in your daily life to stay healthy, to keep your brain healthy, to keep your mind healthy, to keep your SKIN healthy, and to keep your internal organs healthy.
1.Always wash your face twice or thrice a day. Before Going Out and After coming back. It is recommended to wash your face before sleeping also. This will keep your Face Skin Healthy.

2.A 30 minute walk and a 30 minute exercise will keep your heart healthy.

3.Don't rub your face with towel or anything else. Use a soft towel and rub very very softly and gently after washing your face. This will keep your FACE Skin Healthy.
5. Try to avoid junk food because these things increase the probability of various stomach related diseases, and affects many other parts of the body like Central Nervous System, Respiratory System, Digestive System ETC.

6.Apply Listerine on pimples because it contains alcohol. The alcohol will dry it up and cause it to fade.

7.After Listerine you can apply coconut oil on it (parachute coconut oil recommended) to remove the dark marks created by pimples on your skin. Apply it before sleeping.
